Visa and Accomodation
For any inquiries or concerns regarding visa or accommodation arrangements for residents of foreign countries, please contact us as soon as possible. To request an invitation letter, you must first register for the conference, including completing payment. You may then email the conference secretariat with your letter request. In your email, include your name and full mailing address. Please note that the visa process may take a long time.
